Runwal Group, one of Mumbai’s leading real estate developers has announced the launch of its new project “Runwal Gardens” at Dombivli (E). The project which is located in the heart of Dombivli at Manpada is spread over 115 acres. The township is planned keeping all basic and lifestyle needs within a 5 minute walking distance. Be it a renowned school, plush high street retail with a 10 lakh sqft world-class shopping mall, office spaces or a multi-speciality hospital, everything is within its premises. This integrated township will have huge green open spaces with a central park of approx. 11 acres and 14 gardens within the campus. Residences at Runwal Gardens will have multiple configurations of 1, 2 & 3 bed homes, with starting prices as low as Rs.37 lacs. Most of the apartments have been planned to be garden facing with beautiful views of nature. Its location will offer excellent rail and road connectivity to Thane, Navi Mumbai and Mumbai as it is within close proximity to multiple existing and upcoming transport lines. It is situated right on the main Kalyan-Shil Road and is just 15 minutes away from Dombivli railway station. It is also within close proximity to the proposed Metro line, Vasai-Panvel railway line, Virar-Alibaug multimodal corridor and the Airoli-Katai tunnel road. These will enhance commute and cut down travel times significantly. A 67,000 elevated clubhouse in the first phase will be one of the largest in the region and will comprise of state of the art gym, swimming pool and various sports facilities such as tennis, squash, badminton etc. A separate indoor swimming pool has been planned exclusively for ladies. Dombivli has emerged as one of the most promising destinations in the MMR real estate market. The location is witnessing the development of new residential projects at a very rapid pace. The increasing prices in Mumbai suburbs and growing demand for affordable housing has expanded the boundaries and homebuyers have been favouring Dombivli due to its affordable rates and proximity to key business and social hubs. With various infrastructure projects in the pipeline, the realty market here is showing positive trends and is expected to offer good price appreciation in the next few years.
