Samyak Properties Launches DDJAY Project ‘Saffron Grand’ in Sonipat

Saffron Grand, a project by Samyak Properties has been launched for the natives of Sonipat and surrounding locations. Saffron Grand is the second in the series project after the grand success of Saffron Estate.

Backed by Real Estate Professionals like Gaurav Jain, Vice President (North) National Real Estate Development Council and co-founder of Samyak Properties, Saffron Grand is one of its kind DDJAY Project which offers the best combination of affordable pricing and villa-style living. All the plots in the project are of one size to provide a larger-than-life experience to the residents.

Spread across 6 acres of land in Sector 33 of Sonipat, the RERA-approved plotted development project is expected to complete in 18 months’ time. The launch comes 24 months after the successful Saffron Estate which is nearing completion. Saffron Grand would provide not only high-end amenities and facilities but also a clean and healthy environment to the residents.

"We have already completed one project, Saffron Estate in Sector 35, Sonipat. Our quality, our compliances, and our delivery of what we promise to our customers are for everybody to see. We are proud of the fact that we have completed the project, which is at par with the best-in-class engineering standard and town planning standards where the residents will enjoy all good privileges and an environment that is well designed and well executed. Now Saffron Grand comes with very high-quality design features and would stand out from any other development so far," said Gaurav Jain, Managing Director of Samyak Properties.

Jain also noted that the design has given a special focus on traffic management within Saffron Grand and has largely made provisions for one-way traffic to avoid any jam that may disturb the ideal tranquil environment in the society over a period of time.

"Traffic is a major problem to handle in townships and several experiences in Delhi-NCR indicate that the problem would increase if it is not addressed at the earliest. We have given in principle one-way traffic to the entire project and wherever there is two-way traffic, it is a single-loaded house. So, you can park a visitor's car in front of your house as well as leave space for other cars to go one way, which will solve lots of problems," said Jain.

Further, under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna, plots of maximum 180 square yards can to be developed and Samyak Properties has made efforts to provide the maximum possible benefit to the consumers. "The Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana is for plots of up to 180 square yards and people who are coming for projects under this scheme want to live in a good environment with less density. We endeavored to create all plots of 180 square yards and have been able to do that very successfully."

In a bid to provide all necessary facilities around the vicinity of the project, Samyak Properties would also develop its commercial project with one floor for office purposes and two for retail, and one for the club for use of residents, guests, and other people from nearby areas. The project would have 90 plots and would be launched in two phases, with an offer of 45 plots in each phase.

In a bid to make payment easy and flexible, Jain said: "Our motto has been to deliver first and sell later. We are looking forward to an attractive payment plan, which is now linked to the upfront payment and further payment in every quarter for four quarters. Total payment time would be 15 months."

The timely delivery of the project also is assured by the fact that all the required approvals for the project have been received. "We all need a place to commute, we all need a place to recreate, we all need a place to come back home in a serene environment and that is what Saffron Grand is offering," Jain said. Delhi-based Samyak Properties was founded by Gaurav Jain, Chitra Jain, Saurabh Jain, and Amit Jain in 2017 and is having properties in Haryana (Sonipat & Faridabad), Delhi, and soon in Goa.
