Shapoorji Pallonji, Piramal to invest Rs 300 Crore

Piramal Fund Management and Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate Development will invest about Rs 300 crore in a real estate project developed by Ornate Spaces. They are planning to construct a one million sqft residential project titled Grove Towers at Oshiwara. “We will put all our might behind this project. So we will be actively involved in management and marketing of this project,” said Venkatesh Gopalakrishnan, President and CIO of Shapoorji & Pallonji Real Estate.
