Leading real estate developer SKA Group received an occupation certificate (OC) for its project. SKA Metro Ville, located in Sector-ETA-II, Greater Noida. The home buyers will be able to take the possession in due course of time. The Group's Metro Ville project is an IGBC pre-certified Gold Rating Project acknowledging the pro-green developments in the offering.
The Group has procured OC for 536 units, including Aster, Orchid and 36 commercials. The Metro Ville project offers luxury residential projects of 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 3 BHK+ study configurations.
