Bengaluru-based Sobha Ltd reported that the company sold 13.94 lakh sq ft of area during the July-September period of this fiscal, at an average price realization of Rs. 13,648 per sq ft.
Real estate developer Sobha Ltd on October 4 announced a 61% growth in its sales booking, reaching Rs. 1,902.6 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal, driven by strong demand for its residential properties.
The company had recorded sales worth Rs. 1,178.5 crore during the same period last year.
In a regulatory filing, Bengaluru-based Sobha Ltd stated that it sold 13.94 lakh sq ft of area in Q2, at an average realization of Rs. 13,648 per sq ft.
Regional Contributions:
- Bengaluru: Rs. 1,326.4 crore (69.7% of quarterly sales), supported by improved sales momentum at the SOBHA Town Park project.
- Delhi-NCR: Rs. 309.7 crore
- Kerala: Rs. 184.8 crore, boosted by festive season demand
For the first half of 2025-26, Sobha Ltd achieved sales bookings of ?3,981.4 crore, marking the company’s best-ever H1 performance, compared to ?3,052.2 crore in the same period last year.
During the entire 2024-25 fiscal, Sobha Ltd had recorded sales worth Rs. 6,276.5 crore.
“Rationalisation and simplification in GST rates, coupled with a declining interest rate regime and low-inflation environment, are expected to further boost household consumption and domestic economic activity,” Sobha's spokesperson said.
In the latest September quarter, Sobha Ltd completed 1.18 million sq ft of saleable area, delivering 591 homes.

Despite the overall slowdown in sales volumes during the first nine months of 2025, large branded and listed developers like Sobha Ltd continue to perform well, recording higher sales value and capturing market share from smaller, unorganised, and unbranded developers.
