Spain, Madrid-based, Real estate company IndiaLand Group has announced a collaboration with four leading MNCs to facilitate their expansion in India through prominent tech parks in Pune and Coimbatore.
In Pune, US based MNC Regal Rexnord, a manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission components, and Atlas Copco, a Swedish multinational industrial company, have secured grade-one office spaces at IndiaLand Global Tech Park in Hinjewadi. The Tech Park boasts an area of approx 5 million sq. ft, and incorporates sustainable features and state-of-the-art infrastructure, underscoring the appeal of Pune’s thriving tech ecosystem.
In Coimbatore, German multinational engineering and technology company Bosch and Cotiviti US based Health Tech Firm, a data and analytics company, offering software and technology-enabled healthcare services, have secured floor spaces in the IndiaLand Tech Park. With a total area of Approx 1.1 million sq ft, the Coimbatore IndiaLand Tech Park is set to become a hub for innovation for the multiple MNCs. These developments fall in line with projections of continued growth in the country’s tech space and are expected to drive demand for advanced IT park space by 40%.
The eco-friendly commercial properties have been designed to cater to the unique needs of these MNCs, aligning with the trends in green real estate practices. The offices are projected to come into operation by the first half of 2024, contributing significantly to India’s commercial real estate. The development highlights India’s potential to become a hub for global businesses and a key contributor to the nation’s economic growth and employment opportunities. The country has been acknowledged as a key tech hub, with its leading cities ranking among the top three in the APAC region and the top 10 globally.
