Sumadhura Group, a leading real estate developer forays into the managed office spaces (MOS) segment with its premium managed office space offering–Workship. Located within Sumadhura’s prestigious commercial space- Capitol Towers in Whitefield, Bengaluru, Workship spans over 1.22 lakh square feet space and comprises more than 3000 seats just within six months of its inception.

Amid rising demand for flexible workspaces across sectors including IT & ITeS, GCCs, pharma, agri-tech, BFSI, and manufacturing, the group aims to lease above 1 million square feet of managed office space and more than 10,000 seats over the next three years, positioning itself as one of the key players in the evolving workspace landscape. 

Workship made an impressive entry by fully leasing its initial offering of over 50,000 square feet space, which included over 1500 seats, all within a mere three months from the launch. The first phase of this launch was met with great enthusiasm, attracting prominent clients from sectors such as IT & ITES, pharma, and agri-tech. This rapid growth underscores Workship's significant impact and appeal in the market, reflecting its strong debut and promising future in the managed office space market. Further, the high demand spurred the company to expand Workship, adding 1500 more seats in the same commercial development by August 2025.
