Tata Housing to invest Rs 350 cr

Tata group's real estate firm Tata Housing plans to launch an ultra-luxury residential project, comprising 150 apartments, in Kolkata early next year at an investment of about Rs 350 crore. Spread over 3.5 acres, the project is located at Alipore in Kolkata. Tata Housing has received all the required approvals to develop this project and expected to launch it by January-end, sources said. This project would be the most luxurious project in Kolkata with apartment price likely to be over Rs 4 crore. Sources said the project cost is estimated at about Rs 350 crore.
