The Telangana Housing Board will hold auctions in both open and electronic formats, covering a range of residential and commercial properties across the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits. In the open auction category, Chintal will see eight plots put up for bidding, specifically designated for middle-income group (MIG) and high-income group (HIG) buyers. These plots are expected to attract interest from buyers looking for well-planned residential spaces within the city.
In addition, Nizampet and Bachupally will feature four flats available for public bidding. These properties provide opportunities for individuals and families seeking ready-to-move-in housing in popular suburban areas of Hyderabad.
On the electronic auction front, the Kukatpally Housing Board (KPHB) Colony will host auctions for four commercial plots on October 7 and 8. These plots are aimed at investors and businesses looking to establish a commercial presence in one of the city’s busiest localities. Nampally will also see a commercial plot measuring 1,148 square yards available for bidding on October 8, offering a prime location in the city’s central business area.
Further, Raviryal in Maheshwaram Mandal will feature several large commercial plots, with sizes of 13,503 sq. m., 5,953.20 sq. m., and 3,630 sq. m. scheduled for auction on October 9 and 10. These auctions are part of the government's strategy to efficiently utilize unsold assets and generate revenue for developmental activities.
In addition to the GHMC area, the Housing Board has issued notifications for upcoming auctions in other districts, including Sangareddy-Sadasivpet, Jogulamba Gadwal, and Nizamabad. This expansion reflects the government's commitment to addressing housing needs across the state.
