Kishor Kumar Rajgaria Re-designation as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1st April 2025. Kishor Kumar Rajgaria will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. A pivotal contributor to Texmaco's financial operations, Rajgaria previously served as Joint CFO and Company Secretary. With over 20 years of experience in business planning, taxation, internal audit, and secretarial functions, Rajgaria has driven the company's financial strategy and governance.
Sandeep Kumar Sultania, as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective 1st April 2025. Sandeep Kumar Sultania will take over as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. With an impressive career spanning 27 years, Sultania brings vast expertise in strategic finance, compliance, and auditing. His leadership roles in prominent listed companies such as Manaksia, SREI, and Emami and his credentials as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost & Management Accountant make him a significant addition to the Texmaco leadership team.
