UBS sets up office at Mindspace, Airoli
UBS have set shop inside of the commercial business park Mindspace, inaugurated by CM Devendra Fadnavis, who welcomed them to Navi Mumbai, both, in person at the office, as well as on twitter   Navi Mumbai is one of the largest planned and quickest growing townships, which has demonstrated a 25% growth in the last decade alone and is poised for further substantial growth. Connectivity, affordable price points, and good social infrastructure has led to an excellent trajectory for the market. Today, Navi Mumbai stands as a preferred destination for business across IT| ITeS and is soon emerging a favorite over other markets like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, and Delhi. Playing a key role in developing the infrastructure is K Raheja Corp, with its IT Parks, branded Mindspace. K Raheja Corp is stepping up the game to attract best talent and occupiers in the region and believes it is evolving as the most sought after IT destination and is most prominently poised for growth. The endeavour is to bring in more jobs and develop the market, keeping rents more or less constant at under Rs. 50 per square feet mark.
