Urbanrise Appoints Jajit Menon as its New Chief Sales Officer

Urbanrise, one of India’s fastest-growing real estate brands, has announced the appointment of Jajit Menon as its new Chief Sales Officer (CSO). With over 24 years of experience in sales and business operations, Menon brings a strong track record of driving performance and delivering results across markets in India and overseas.

Prior to joining Urbanrise, Menon served as Senior Director (National Head) for the Residential Launch Business at ANAROCK. There, he led pan-India residential launches and was instrumental in forging strategic partnerships that significantly boosted revenue and positioned ANAROCK as a leader in the sector.

Additionally, he held a key leadership role at Shriram Properties Ltd. as Director of Sales, Marketing, CRM, & Product, overseeing 17 projects across four states. His leadership in launching 30+ campaigns and pioneering strategies such as flash sales and referral programmes significantly enhanced customer engagement and sales velocity.

Menon’s deep domain expertise spans markets in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and the US. He is known for building long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. His appointment comes at a pivotal time for Urbanrise, which is looking to expand its footprint and strengthen its position in the residential real estate market.
