US companies tops in renting office space in India

American companies areleasing many commercial office spaces in India. They occupy about 45 per cent of the grade ‘A’ space and is continuing the expansion to the prime regions of the metropolitan cities. It is analysed that the main reason to attract the corporate world is the good infrastructure which include modern amenities as well as interiors and low price tags. Some of the biggest US companies that have leased office spaces in India are Microsoft, Convergys,IBM, Cognizant, JP Morgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and many more. The reason for opting good infrastructure can be for maintaining the consistency across their global offices and also for giving the employees a good work space which is available at pocket friendly rates.
