Vatika Business Centre leases office space

Vatika Business Centre (VBC), part of Vatika Hotels, has leased 36,000 sq ft space in Viman Nagar, Pune. The center will become operational in November 2018 and will have 450 seats. Apart from this, the company has leased 8,000 sq ft space in Mindscapes, Faridabad, which will have around 100 seats. VBC has 20 centers across India covering above 5,00,000 sq ft area with more than 5000 seats in total with the new addition.The company have a turnover of more than Rs 85 crore currently.
