Key projects in motion are enabling the rise of vertical, self-contained communities in emerging corridors like Dwarka Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida, and the extended NCR belt.
It’s believed that these infrastructure moves are accelerating a shift in homebuyer psychology from owning standalone homes or plotted formats to choosing high-rise ecosystems that deliver convenience, walkability, and future-ready infrastructure within a vertical footprint.
