Window Magic has secured a major role in the Sarojini Nagar Redevelopment Project, delivering high-performance window and door systems for 86 General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) towers. The initiative, led by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and executed by NBCC, aims to provide over 4,000 modern homes for central government employees.
As the chosen fenestration partner, Window Magic joins hands with Varindera Construction and Girdhari Lal Construction to supply engineered uPVC and aluminium solutions tailored for energy efficiency, durability, and sleek design. The redevelopment spans 107 acres and includes civic infrastructure such as schools, libraries, and community spaces, forming a self-sustained urban ecosystem.
The project replaces aging structures with high-rise buildings across Sarojini Nagar, Naoroji Nagar, and Netaji Nagar, integrating smart city principles and sustainable planning. Window Magic’s systems are designed to meet the architectural vision and environmental goals of the initiative, supporting Delhi’s transformation into a modern, green capital.
By combining advanced technology with aesthetic finesse, Window Magic reinforces its commitment to shaping India’s urban future through innovative fenestration.
