BASIC Home Loan, a fintech start-up in home loan services signed a partnership with Breez Builders & Developers to offer home loans and complimentary consultation services to their existing and upcoming customers. This partnership aims to cater to the aspirational needs of middle-income group customers and take them a step closer to owning their dream homes.
With a clear-cut focus on 'Housing for All', Breez is spruced up to provide houses that are well in the realms of a common man. They are leaving no stone unturned to set their trailblazing benchmarks in the industry to be seen and perceived as a real estate firm that focuses on the quality of construction and project timelines. As part of this strategic partnership, BASIC Home Loan will provide end-to-end loan services to customers, bridging the gap between homebuyers and builder teams.
Home loan customers have always had a difficult time choosing the right lender based on their home loan needs. This agreement will streamline the loan procurement for these customers giving them free instant and personalized quotes from 50+ lenders. In essence, BASIC offers a digital mortgage experience, which means everything from lead generation to application to sanction to disbursement can be handled through the app or website. This will ensure that the Builder’s demand for faster TAT is met by fast sanctions and disbursements of customer loans.
