Casagrand, announced the launch of its new category offering - Boutique Residences in prime locations of Chennai. The move comes in line with the company's commitment towards addressing the thriving customers’ demand of acquiring superior residences developed by reputed builders at some of the city's locations like Anna Nagar, Nungambakkam, Kilpauk and Adyar and many others. Through this visionary endeavour, Casagrand aims to develop private residential communities housing best-in-class homes built with high-end specifications, at unparalleled price points in every nook and corner of metro cities.
Having been aggressively developing large-scale projects including high-rise apartments and independent villas, the significance in the residential localities was ignored all this while. Venturing into this segment, Casagrand is aiming to add a minimum of 100 boutique residences in the next twelve months across Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, that will have the best of build quality, carefully chosen premium specifications, well planned functional aspects, among many others. Casagrand is expected to add overall Rs 500cr revenue to the company from this new initiative.
