Colliers India has announced the elevation of Arpit Mehrotra to the position of Managing Director, Office Services for India. Arpit, who presently serves as the Managing Director, South India, is a respected and well-known industry leader with proven capabilities in office transactions, lease negotiations and tenant representation. After having led and grown the South India business significantly, he will now look after the pan-India transactions business.
Under his leadership, the firm has cultivated robust industry relations and executed sizable deals for a plethora of domestic and multinational clients. He will work closely with the CEO and regional leaders to realise the firm’s ambitious growth plans. Over the past 4 years, Colliers India has been making large strides in the real estate industry, expanding its bouquet of services and penetrating newer markets.

Arpit Mehrotra has been with the firm since 2018 and comes with an overall experience of close to 20 years in the real estate industry.
