Delhi-NCR-based County Group has secured development rights of a 7.9-acre land parcel in Gurugram for Rs 105 crore from Brock Developers Private Limited and Ashiana Landcraft Realty Private Limited, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate analytics firm.
The land parcel is located at village Harsaru, sector 88A, in Gurugram near Dwarka Expressway. As per the documents, Perfect Megastructure Private Limited, which is a subsidiary of the County Group, has secured rights for developing the 7.9-acre land parcel. The realty company signed a development agreement with Brock Developers Private Limited and Ashiana Landcraft Realty Private Limited on July 9, 2024. The developer paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.27 crore for the registration of the agreement, the documents showed.
The County Group is planning to develop a luxury housing project at this land parcel. Earlier this year, the County Group had announced an investment of Rs 5,000 crore over a period of five years to build ultra-luxury housing project 'Ivory County' in Noida.
