Dosti Realty has appointed Rajdeep Girase as Market Head, with responsibility for driving sales and business growth across the market.
In his new role, Girase will oversee market-level sales strategy, revenue and collections, while also focusing on channel development, customer engagement and team performance.
His responsibilities will include supporting go-to-market strategies, project launches and market expansion, along with strengthening relationships with channel partners and customers. He will also work closely with the Marketing, CRM, Finance and Projects teams to support business delivery.
Girase brings experience across luxury and premium residential real estate. At Dosti Realty, he will lead sales performance and revenue delivery while developing high-performance teams and strengthening the company’s market presence.
