Eight new urban housing schemes have been started in Chhattisgarh by the Housing Board in a bid to provide residents with better and affordable housing.
The cities are Rajiv Nagar Awas Yojana at Arang in Raipur district, Rajiv Nagar Awas Yojana at Selud Patan in Durg, Samanya Awas Yojana at Bandhamuda in Gaurella-Pendra-Marwahi, Samanya Awas Yojana at Godhi Tamnar in Raigarh, Atal Awas Yojana at Machewa in Mahasamund district and Samanya Awas Yojana at Mahamaya Nagar in Ratanpur.
Chhattisgarh Housing Board Chairman Kuldeep Juneja said the projects are meant to provide affordable housing. People can click on websites to book homes. They can also call toll-free numbers for more information. Online application can be made and the registration fee can be paid through a payment gateway. Online applications will be accepted till March 31.
