Goel Ganga Developments to Develop Guardian Developers 3 Projects
Due to its well-established name and repute in the real estate sector, especially in Pune, Goel Ganga Developments were approached for Development-Management (DM) models for residential and commercial projects. Over a period of time after comprehensive review and deliberations, Goel Ganga Developments gave its nod for the takeover of 3 properties of Guardian Developers at New Wagholi, Hinjewadi and Ambegaon-Katraj. The total value of the said takeover deal between Goel Ganga Developments (GGD) and Guardian Developers stands at Rs 100 crores. Also, the Goel Ganga Developments' project works will move towards success with the strong support of the NBC Piramal Group.  Talking about the rationale behind signing the deal, Annuj Goel, Chairman of Goel Ganga Developments (GGD) said, "With the three locations having immense potential, time is also apt to make such an important decision. Ups and downs will keep coming and going, but GGD's commitment to make Pune city the best of its version will always stand rock solid. When GGD stepped in, New Wagholi's Hillshire project was yet to get its finishing touch."
