With limited office floors available for sale, this deal marks the most prominent transaction to date. The office plate was of approximately 18000 sq ft in the Grand Hyatt Office Tower.
The buyer was none other than reputed lawyer Rohit Kochhar from Kochhar & Co. Pertinently, the office fit-outs are expected to be completed by year-end.
