Havells Insignia ADEX Series Organized by Realty+ Masterclass showcased yet another interesting episode on Nov 12 featuring a versatile technology and design leader, Dinesh Verma, Principal Architect & Managing Director Ace Group Architects Pvt. Ltd. In his presentation, he emphasized on how technology is changing at a frightening speed and architects and designers have to rely on systems that are scalable to keep up with the lifetime of a building. “Educationalists are shaping the future of students by teaching them the use of technology which doesn’t even exist today,” said Ar Verma. Vivek Yadav, Senior Vice President, Havells India Ltd joined the talk expressing his views on the urgent need of energy efficient building systems as structures are getting complex and are consuming more energy than ever. “Technology if applied correctly can help save resources and bring energy efficiency in the building operations,& he said. Vivek Yadav agreed that upgrading and scalability remain a challenge in the technology and building industry. Ar Dinesh Verma sharing his opinion on the future of building and construction sector said, ”The paradigm shift has been that people have now started trusting technology.
