Kolte-Patil Developers’ Group CEO Rahul Talele Resigns

Kolte-Patil Developers’ group chief executive officer (CEO) and senior management personnel (SMP) Rahul Talele has resigned to pursue professional opportunities outside the organization.

However, he will continue as non-key managerial personnel to complete the smooth transition till August 31, 2024.On the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee, the board of directors of the company appointed Atul Bohra as the new Group CEO and SMP with effect from June 14, 2024.

Bohra has over 20 years of experience. He has worked with the company in different roles over a period of 2012 to 2023 during which he also served as the Group CFO.
