Raymond Realty has continued its strong performance in the Mumbai market, with its premium residential project ‘The Address by GS’ topping home sales in Bandra East in the first quarter of FY25, as per IndexTap’s report. ‘The Address by GS’ achieved the highest value of units sold at Rs 291 crore and the most units sold at 96 in Central Suburbs.
In terms of units sold, ‘The Address by GS’ is ahead by more than double the next real estate project on the list, demonstrating strong market demand for the project’s luxury offerings.
