Shivalik Group, a leading real estate developer in Ahmedabad, has received an overwhelming response for its upcoming residential tower project in GIFT City, with the company selling more than 250 apartments worth Rs. 300 crore within a mere 15 days of the launch.
The sold apartments include 2BHK and 3BHK homes The buyers and investors in the project include NRIs, people living in Gujarat and outside, who recognise the long-term growth potential of GIFT City, home to the only operational International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) in the country.
The project will be built using aluminium formwork shatem, a fast-paced construction technique that offers strength and durability to a building. It is expected to be completed in early 2027.
Shivalik Group is also set to launch its commercial project in GIFT City in the next quarter, the first of two such projects planned in GIFT City, in addition to one more residential tower project.
