Rahul Anand has been appointed Managing Director and Regional Director, India at Tishman Speyer, marking a senior leadership move for the global real estate company’s India operations.
Anand brings extensive experience across real estate investment, development, corporate leadership and strategic management. In his new role, he will take on a key leadership position as the company continues to expand its presence in the Indian real estate market.
Before joining Tishman Speyer, Anand served as Senior Advisor at HDFC Capital Advisors and Managing Partner at SRD Partners. He was earlier Chief Executive Officer at Bombay Dyeing and Senior Vice President at Brookfield Properties.
He has also worked as Senior Consultant at Portman Holdings, adding to his experience across real estate investment, development and business strategy.
Anand’s career spans leadership roles across prominent real estate and investment platforms, with experience covering development, capital, asset management and corporate operations. His appointment adds to Tishman Speyer’s senior leadership team in India as the company strengthens its focus on the country’s real estate market.
