Tridhaatu Realty Receives OC For Phase 1 Chembur Project

Tridhaatu Realty has received the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for the phase 1 of its project Tridhaatu Morya; a contemporary residential project located in Chembur, Mumbai. Tridhaatu Morya, is an elegantly designed project that offers home buyers spacious residences, luxurious amenities and an aspirational address, thus enhancing the living experience of its residents.

Tridhaatu Morya is divided into two phases. Phase 1 comprises 220 units, in configuration of 1 & 2 BHK apartments measuring in size from 477 sq ft to 724 sq ft. The second phase of the project will consist of larger 2 & 3 BHK configured apartments, with sizes ranging from 728 sq ft to 1008 sq ft, comprising a total of 105 units. This project is well designed with provisions for Jodi flats, which allow residents the flexibility to expand their living spaces as per their individual and family requirements.

Tridhaatu Morya is equipped with a range of amenities, including a grand entrance lobby and clubhouse, landscaped gardens, a children's play area, indoor games, a yoga zone, an open-air theatre, swimming pool, gymnasium, along with rooftop amenities etc. The project is sustainable in nature and is designed keeping in mind ecofriendly and green practices employed by the company. This project has elements of sustainability with features like solar panels, rainwater harvesting, EV charging facilities etc. The project is an innovative urban habitat that is both luxurious and eco-friendly.

Tridhaatu Morya is excellently located and blessed with good social infrastructure in place. This ensures residents have easy access to essential services like banks, educational and healthcare institutions, retail stores, malls, parks, hotels and restaurants. Commuting is a breeze for residents as the Eastern Freeway is just 5 minutes away; Santacruz Chembur Link Road (SCLR) is 4 kilometers away, and the Monorail Chembur Station a 2-minute walk. Moreover, the Mumbai International Airport is about 13 kilometers from the project, making convenience the project’s hallmark.

Chembur as a residential locale has in recent times been attracting home buyers mainly on the back of its old-world charm coupled with a surge in infrastructure developments. Chembur offers good connectivity to the rest of the city via the Eastern Express highway. In addition, the Eastern Freeway connects to south Mumbai while the SCLR and the new BKC Connector offers connectivity to BKC and other areas across the western suburbs.
