TRIOS, a smart co-working space company, has announced the addition of three new properties in Pune, Maharashtra, expanding its footprint in the city with multiple locations and solidifying its position as a leading player in the Proptech space. The properties located in Cybercity IT Park, Magarpatta, Hadapsar (22,000 sq ft), Symphony IT Park, Nanded City (23,000 sq ft), and Indialand Global Tech Park, Hinjawadi, Phase 1 (37,000 sq ft), will add 82,000 square feet to TRIOS’ existing portfolio.
The six-year-old bootstrapped cofounded by couple Pratik Potnis and Tejasa Potnis, signed the properties with leading real estate firms Magarpatta City Group and the most reputed India Land Global Group, expanding its market presence. These centers will offer a collaborative coworking environment to established companies and professionals.

The co-founders of TRIOS are also committed to sustainability and plan to transform their new centers into zero-plastic zones.
