CorporatEdge, a provider of premium flexible workspaces, unveiled its expansion plan in Bengaluru, with an investment of Rs 100 Crores over the next three years. This move will launch six new centres, adding 200,000 sq. ft. of premium workspace to its growing portfolio in the city and expanding the workstation offering by 2400+ seats.
Currently, CorporatEdge operates three flagship centres in Bengaluru - UB City, ITC Green Centre, and the newly opened Centre at Prestige Trade Tower, which has a private Terrace of 7000 sqft for Corporate events and gatherings. Collectively covering 92,000 sq. ft., with this expansion, CorporatEdge aims to strengthen its foothold in India's top-performing commercial real estate market.
The company's national footprint currently spans 2,00,000 sq. ft across six centres in Delhi, Gurugram, and Bengaluru, along with a design-and-build model office in Dubai and 2 centres totalling 90,000 sqft at World Trade Center, New Delhi and Godrej Golf Course Road, Gurugram launching soon.

As per industry reports, Bengaluru emerged as India's top-performing office market in 2024, recording a historic gross leasing volume of 21.8 million sq. ft., accounting for 28 per cent of the country's total leasing activity. The flexible workspace sector was pivotal, contributing 19.8 per cent to India's annual leasing, marking a significant shift in occupier preferences toward agile and experience-driven workspaces.
Additionally, premium office rentals in key micro-markets such as Outer Ring Road (ORR) and CBD witnessed an 8-12 per cent increase, driven by sustained demand from MNCs, GCCs, and fast-growing enterprises.
