Urban Land Institute (ULI), a global non-profit organisation and the oldest and largest network of global cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts, is set to commence its second year of operations in India.
Speaking on ULI's plans for India, Manasvini Hariharan, Executive Director, ULI India said, “In its inaugural year, ULI's India National Council has garnered significant acclaim from eminent stakeholders in the country's built environment. Launched in January 2023, ULI India has completed its maiden year in India, wherein it has created a robust community of nearly 150 members including institutional investors, real estate developers, architects, urban planners, and land use policymakers from India. ULI’s mission is to foster collaborative solutions for the most pressing urban development challenges of today. It distinguishes itself from other organisations by going beyond traditional real estate development to address broader social and environmental issues, with a focus on sustainable and inclusive human settlements.
