Ventive Hospitality Ltd (BSE: 544321, NSE: VENTIVE) announced its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2025 ending 31 December 2024.
For Q3 FY25 (Consolidated), the company reported revenue of Rs 5,664 million, reflecting a 15 per cent increase compared to Q3 FY24. EBITDA grew by 31 per cent YoY, reaching Rs 2,776 million. The EBITDA margin stood at 49 per cent, up by 600 basis points compared to the same period last year.
For Q3 FY25 (Hospitality Segment), the company reported revenue of Rs 4,200 million, marking a 12 per cent increase compared to Q3 FY24. EBITDA rose by 33 per cent YoY to Rs 1,470 million, with the EBITDA margin reaching 35 per cent, up by 600 basis points from the same period last year.
For Q3 FY25 (Hospitality Segment), the company reported an occupancy rate of 63 per cent, up by 3 per cent compared to Q3 FY24. The Average Daily Rate (ADR) stood at INR 21,610, reflecting a 5 per cent increase YoY. Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) reached Rs 13,573, marking an 8 per cent rise compared to the same period last year.
Key Business Highlights for Q3 FY25 include the successful raising of Rs 16,000 million in primary capital, with the company listing on 30 December 2024, attracting strong investor interest and a 10x oversubscription. The hospitality segment saw a 33 per cent YoY EBITDA growth, driven by RevPAR growth, operating efficiencies, and margin expansion. The average RevPAR grew by 8 per cent YoY. The company reported a net debt of Rs 17.3 billion, offering significant headroom for future growth. Additionally, it successfully refinanced borrowings in the Maldives, achieving a 210bps reduction in the cost of debt.
