GOALS SET FOR THE COMPANY
- I would like to lead Trehan Iris as amongst the top developers of Northern India with a clear focus on commercial and retail.
- My long-term vision for Iris Broadway is to emerge as a whole entity of our company.
- We are also planning to do a few DM model projects under this brand utilizing our expertise in design and leasing in emerging Tier 2 markets.
CREATING SOCIAL IMPACT
I have always believed in giving back to society. We ensure basic hygienic housing and clean running water for our unskilled labor force, provide them with winter clothing, basic essentials and medical aid on site & health check-ups. We have sponsored kids in various parts of the country for their lifelong education.
ACHIEVEMENTS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- We are proud that we were able to fully deliver a residential project in Bengaluru and totally lease out IRIS Broadway mall during the pandemic.
- Launched "Iris Broadway Greno West '' – the Ist Hybrid Mall of Delhi/ NCR, a retail-led mixed-use development conceptualized by world-renowned architectural firm, Benoy, UK.
