Ashiana’s Kid-Centric Project Sells Units worth Rs 242 Cr on Launch

With the aim to care for and build communities and offer quality spaces, New Delhi-based real estate developer Ashiana Housing Ltd. announced the launch of its kid-centric project ‘Ashiana Amarah’ in Sector 93 Gurgaon. The project received a massive response on the day of the launch. The project’s first phase was fully sold out on day one, which includes 224 units corresponding to 3.95 lakh sq. ft of saleable area worth Rs 242 cr.

Spread over 22 acres of the land parcel, the project has only three- and four-bedroom residences. The carpet area of apartments ranges from about 1,000 sq ft to 1,408 sq ft. Each core has four apartments.

The project offers a variety of well-planned amenities for children of all age groups from 2 to 18 years and adults. While it will offer lavish spaces, both inside and outside the flat, the design and architecture of the apartments and the towers will be exclusive. The entire project is based on four key attributes- learn, nurture, care, and support. The project offers amenities that focus on learning and development and nurturing talent among kids. Additionally, the project has play streets, play areas next to the doorsteps, and open spaces for outdoor activities.

Varun Gupta, Whole-time Director, Ashiana Housing said, “We are so excited to see such a great response for this project. With this launch, we are strengthening our brand positioning in the National Capital Region and particularly in upmarket Gurgaon. At Amarah, residents will have quality amenities fortified with essential services. With seven acres of landscaped green spaces, 30,000 plus sq. ft. of the clubhouse, and a learning hub, the project will complement the surrounding infrastructure. Specifically, we have kept in mind more open spaces are needed for outdoor activities. It is missing from our lives across our cities”.

“With these aspects in planning, the project reinforces our stand to be a brand that cares and one that offers aspirational buy. Hence, the project would suit families and individuals who prefer a unique place to stay,” added Gupta.

Each apartment in the project will have large balconies and a special deck. Outside the apartments, 30,000 plus sq ft of the clubhouse will facilitate the residents and will act as a recreation center. The apartments will be built with less density per floor (four units to a core). It will give owners and residents a feeling of exclusivity and enhanced privacy.
