Deepti Kapoor, Managing Director & Head of People Partnering & Culture, Cushman & Wakefield India, Southeast Asia, APAC TR with an experience of over 23 focuses on strategic transformation and organizational growth. Her key contributions include: strengthening core operations, foster a performance-driven culture, and position the firm for scalable growth. She achieved a record 89% employee engagement in APAC and drove succession planning for critical roles, ensuring leadership bench strength. Aditi Vij, Senior Associate Director & Head Corporate Communication with her journalism background, certifications in CSR, GRI, and digital storytelling and cross-sector exposure has shaped a versatile and strategic communication style – now applied to a high-visibility industry like real estate, where narrative, brand trust, and stakeholder alignment are mission-critical. She’s worked towards being a strategic growth enabler to business – driving visibility, influencing brand narrative, and strengthening market impact.

Incia Bagasrawala Gupte, Director - A&T Office Services, transitioned from aviation industry and real estate to joining Property Consulting. Currently, her role encompasses tenant representation working on many clients across India. She has been growing business consistently last 4 years with avg of 30% growth YOY while also managing to pick up local large ticket transaction and very successful closures countrywide involving some blue space clients across verticals like PJM/FM/Capital Markets. A mother, trained Scuba Diver and beauty experts as well as recipient of Master Of Corporate Real Estate, she wears many hats.

Neha Choudhary, Senior Associate Director, Cushman & Wakefield India doesn’t just close deals, she crushes them. With revenue goals smashed and clients impressed, she’s also mentoring others, diving into new sectors, and leading with empathy. Neha has consistently been a top revenue generator for the Office Agency team, delivering revenues 200 to 300% times higher than her set goal and now she has set her eyes on tapping the emerging verticals of Datacenters and Warehousing to generate additional business opportunities for the firm. Sumbul Siddiqui, Senior Director - Head Hotels, comes with an experience of a serial entrepreneur and start-up founder. At Cushman & Wakefield she navigates complex client interactions with innovative thinking, data backed proposals and unwavering resilience. She has not only ensured impactful transactions but also meaningful relationships in the sector. Sumbul structured the largest-ever cross-border hotel sale mandate in Southeast Asia and has built a robust 2-year deal pipeline across multiple asset classes in hospitality. Swati Mohindra, Senior Director - Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Strategic Consulting, within just seven months of joining Cushman & Wakefield India successfully led the launch of new verticals under the Strategic Consulting business, focused on Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare and Life Sciences contributing to over 30% of the consulting business. Under her leadership, the organization’s service offerings have significantly grown in the retail and hospitality domain. In addition, she is actively driving cross functional growth initiatives in collaboration with other business units unlocking new avenues for expansion.
