The Bharatratna Gaansamragni Lata Mangeshkar Natyagrah was constructed by MICL Group and the keys to the newly constructed 1.3 acres of Mira-Bhayandar Mahanagar Palika auditorium, a separate area for the hospital, and a library were handed over by Manan Shah, Managing Director of MICL Group.

Situated in the suburbs of Mira Bhayandar, the structure features two auditoriums with a seating capacity of around 850 and 350 respectively. With over one lakh sq. ft. in carpet area, the largest auditorium in the Western Suburbs houses 15 green rooms and strives to be the leading hub for art, culture, and entertainment.
