WeWork India, one of the leading premium flexible workspace providers, announced a major milestone in its journey - achieving 1 lakh operational desks across India, with the opening of IWF Campus in Bengaluru. Located in the city’s key micro market - Whitefield, the latest addition to its portfolio spans across approximately 110,000+ sq. ft. of space, with three floors.
Furthermore, WeWork India is also set to open two new workspaces in Q1 2025 - WeWork Building 6 in DLF Cybercity Gurugram, and WeWork Building 10 in DLF Cybercity Chennai, thus strengthening its presence in India with a strong partnership with leading real estate developer - DLF.
Situated on Whitefield Main Road, WeWork India’s IWF Campus is strategically positioned to provide seamless connectivity. The ground-floor features a double-height entrance lounge and a cafeteria. The first floor hosts the main management floor, whereas the second and third floor are the designated flexible co-working space, thus providing flexibility and efficiency in layout and design for businesses of all sizes. Members can enjoy four-lane access via Mahadevapura and Varthur Road, with the Singayyanapalya Metro Station just a five-minute walk away.
Commenting on the milestones, Arnav S. Gusain, Chief of Supply, WeWork India, said, “At WeWork India, we are committed to delivering elevated workspace solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are thrilled to open IWF, which is also a significant moment in our journey as we reach 1 lakh desks. We opened our first building in 2017 in Bengaluru, and have since expanded across 8 cities. As we open another building in Bengaluru, it gives us absolute joy to hit the 1 lakh+ desk with the same city. As the demand for flexible workspaces continues to rise, we aim to empower businesses to scale, and achieve sustained growth with our comprehensive suite of services.” He further added, “Coupled with this, we are excited to strengthen our long-standing relationship with DLF, as we take it further beyond NCR to south India. Both Chennai and Gurugram have thriving business sectors with entrepreneurs and enterprises from diverse industries. With WeWork Building 6 in Gurugram and WeWork Building 10 in Chennai, we are building workspaces that offer tailor-made solutions for our members, along with a thoughtfully designed environment that blends traditional and modern elements.”
