Binitha Dalal started her professional journey in 2008, joining the family business Rustomjee and learning the ropes of the trade by assisting her uncle and promoter director Chandresh Mehta. It was the same year; Lehman crisis hit the world and that gave her the opportunity to see how capital strategy could shape the future of any business.

At Rustomjee, she climbed the ladder with purpose, eventually leading the company’s fundraising efforts. Binithaalso led strategic partnersh ips with global giants like IKEA and Keppel Land, bringing India its first fully furnished affordable homes and one of the country’s largest cross-border real estate collaborations.In 2022, she played a key role in Rustomjee’s IPOand also launched Mt. K Kapital, an ESG-focused Category II AIF, backed by institutions like SBI, ICICI Bank, and FamyCare. She also co founded Spyre, a prop-tech platform supporting the next wave of real estate innovation.
