Havells Insignia presents ADEX: A Series Organised by Realty+ Masterclass is a unique gathering of the design community and is part of the Realty+ Masterclass series of virtual knowledge sharing talks and discussions. Consisting of crisp thought provoking talks with internationally reputed architects and designers, ADEX episodes explore different themes and present game changing insights & technological innovations into design. Russell Gilchrist, Principal, Design Director (Chicago), Gensler Cities Client Challenge (GC3) Advocate, will highlight the phenomenon that is increasingly prevalent across Gensler’s global footprint – the repositioning of old buildings. With more than 30 years’ experience working for multiple design firms in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, Russell focuses on high-performance, low-energy building design. Russell is a former member of the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Advisory Board, for which he also served as a Height Committee member, on top of being active with various technical working groups.
