Kaushalya Logistics has officially launched its newest facility in Katihar, Bihar, furthering its commitment to expanding its integrated logistics services. Operating under the carrying and forwarding agent (CFA) model for Ambuja Cements, a part of the Adani Group, this development marks a significant milestone in the company's growth.
The Katihar Depot joins a growing network of 15 depots operated by Kaushalya Logistics under the CFA model. This facility is expected to handle over 6,000 tonnes of cement each month, enhancing the efficiency of Ambuja Cements’ supply chain in eastern India.
With the addition of this depot, Kaushalya Logistics now boasts 103 depots and rake points nationwide, demonstrating its expanding presence and capabilities in the cement logistics sector. This strategic expansion underscores the company’s focus on broadening its service offerings and reinforcing its position as a leader in the industry.
The new Katihar facility is set to improve regional distribution significantly, offering enhanced scalability for large-scale clients. This aligns perfectly with Kaushalya Logistics’ mission to deliver tailored infrastructure solutions that adapt to the ever-evolving demands of the manufacturing sector, ensuring clients have the logistical support they need to thrive.
