NITCO Limited, one of India’s most reputed names in premium surface solutions, has announced the receipt of an additional Letter of Intent (LoI) from Prestige Estates Projects Limited for tiles worth Rs45 crore. With this, the total value of confirmed and ongoing orders from Prestige Group has now reached an impressive Rs261 crore — further strengthening the long-term partnership between the two industry leaders.
This latest order adds to earlier confirmed deals valued at Rs216 crore, and will be executed over the next 12 months across several marquee residential and commercial projects in cities including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kerala, Mumbai, Pune, and NCR.
