Kalyan-Dombivali, designated as one of India's 100 Smart Cities by the Government of India, achieved a significant milestone with the inauguration of Kalyan's first multi-level parking building, highlighting the city's dedication to enhancing its infrastructure and urban amenities.
The parking complex, developed by Kinjal Group, a prominent EPC firm, accommodates 1,200 two-wheelers and nearly 30 four-wheelers, easing congestion around Kalyan station. Additionally, Kinjal Group is spearheading the construction of a flyover, MSRTC Bus Depot, and MSRTC Commercial Building as part of the Kalyan Station Precinct SATIS (Station Area Traffic Improvement Scheme) project.
The opening of the multilevel parking building in Kalyan, as a significant component of the 576 crore Kalyan Station Precinct SATIS (Station Area Traffic Improvement Scheme) Project, as it signifies a crucial advancement in the city's transportation infrastructure.
This project, which includes the construction of a flyover, MSRTC Bus Depot, and MSRTC Commercial Building, is aimed at alleviating traffic congestion and modernizing transportation facilities.
