Mahendra Singh Dhoni's family office has invested in the Mumbai-based real estate platform SILA, which Norwest Venture Partners back.
The fresh infusion of funds will enable SILA to accelerate its growth, strengthen its network, and expand its presence across India's real estate landscape.
Founded in 2010 by brothers Rushabh and Sahil Vora, SILA manages over 200 million square feet of real estate across 125+ cities in India. The company has also advised on real estate transactions worth over Rs 16,000 crore for both global and domestic funds.
