Otis India, a subsidiary of Otis Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: OTIS), has secured an agreement with Aparna Constructions to provide innovative elevator solutions for five ultra-luxury residential projects situated in Hyderabad.
This collaboration will redefine vertical mobility in some of the city’s most desirable residential complexes. These complexes will blend sophisticated architecture, innovative design, quality, and sustainability with contemporary elevator solutions.
Otis will provide 178 units and install high-speed SkyRise,® AriseTM, and Gen2® elevator systems at several Aparna properties, including Aparna Sarovar, Aparna Aqua, Aparna Newlands, Aparna Sunstone, and Aparna Greenscapes.
The new elevators are set to transform how residents move within a building and elevate their everyday living experience. Equipped with proprietary Otis technology such as ReGenTM drive to reduce energy consumption, noise-blocking Q-frame cab technology, and features such as energy-efficient LED lights and standby mode, the elevators are engineered to provide maximum comfort with minimal environmental impact, perfectly aligning with the growing demand for tech-savvy luxury living.
