Sattva Group, one of India’s leading real estate and consulting conglomerates, has commenced construction of its landmark Sattva Vantage Vizag Campus, a 30-acre, ₹1,500-crore mixed-use development designed to redefine Visakhapatnam’s urban and economic landscape.
The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by key dignitaries including Shri Nara Lokesh, Hon’ble Minister for IT, Electronics & Communication, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, alongside senior government officials and industry leaders, underscoring the strong public-private partnership driving Andhra Pradesh’s next phase of growth.
Positioned as a new tech district, the project will serve as a catalyst for innovation, enterprise, and job creation. Speaking at the event, Sri Nara Lokesh said: “What we are witnessing today is history in the making. The Sattva Vantage will stand as one of the key catalysts of transformation in Visakhapatnam, driving growth, creating jobs, and opening new opportunities for our people.”
The development arrives at a time when Andhra Pradesh is consolidating its position as one of India’s most business-friendly states, supported by progressive IT policies, single-window clearances, and transparent governance.
Aligned with NITI Aayog’s “Developing Visakhapatnam Economic Region as a Global Economic Hub” report, the Sattva Vantage Vizag Campus is envisioned as an early urban anchor in scaling the region’s economy from USD 52 billion today to USD 125–135 billion by FY2032, and eventually into a USD 750–800 billion global hub by 2047.
With its scale, vision, and strategic positioning, the project is set to become a defining landmark in Andhra Pradesh’s growth story, blending technology, infrastructure, and future-ready urban development.
