Sharika Enterprises Limited has entered into a Joint Venture (JV) with SPIN Engenharia, a Brazilian leader in automation and control systems for the energy sector. Under the 'Make in India' initiative, the partnership focuses on developing India-specific SCADA and Advanced Distribution Management & Outage Management Systems (ADMS).
The JV aims to leverage both companies' combined technical expertise and market experience to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability in India's evolving energy distribution infrastructure.

Additionally, the JV is dedicated to developing new products and applications based on evolving customer needs, ensuring competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. New business models, including cloud-based solutions and usage-based fee structures, will also be introduced to adapt to changing market dynamics.
Over the years, Sharika Enterprises has diversified into various associated business lines and established itself as a technology, engineering, system integration, manufacturing, and consultancy service provider with projects beyond India. As part of the JV, Sharika Enterprises will focus on RDSS and other similar opportunities in Discoms, Transcos, and Gencos, including RE & IPPs. Leveraging groundbreaking 'Lean Automation Technology', the company will also develop innovative solutions in virtual grids, EV charging networks, and dynamic loss of life metrics for preventive maintenance.
