Popular TV and film actor Tejasswi Prakash has invested in Mumbai’s prime real estate market, purchasing an apartment worth ₹7.63 crore in Bandra Reclamation. The property, located on the 14th floor of Bay Heights, an under-construction project by Hiranandani Developers, was registered on February 16, 2026, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The apartment spans 1,303 sq. ft. and comes with two parking spaces. The building is currently under construction, with possession expected by November 2030. Tejasswi paid a stamp duty of ₹38 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000 for the transaction.
Documents show that she paid a 10% booking amount of over ₹76 lakh, with the balance to be paid in 12 instalments until the project receives its occupation certificate (OC).
Bay Heights is positioned in Bandra Reclamation, a sought-after coastal stretch known for its upscale residential towers, sea views, and proximity to the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. The micro-market has long been a magnet for celebrities, business leaders, and high-net-worth individuals, reinforcing its reputation as one of Mumbai’s most premium addresses.
With this purchase, Tejasswi joins the growing list of entertainment industry personalities investing in Bandra’s luxury housing market, reflecting both the area’s enduring appeal and the rising trend of celebrity investments in under-construction projects that promise exclusivity and long-term value.
