Leading the marketing function with direct business targets, I am developing digital platforms to drive direct business and have improved organizational PR across media gaining more share of voice for the brand and demonstrated increase in trustworthiness, measurable in the last mile transaction with customers. I have been instrumental in developing the “Thoughtfulness” brand attribute which has become a popular campaign and percolated the communication across all platforms for a 360 degree circle of influence for the consumer. NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS • In-house campaign development for most projects • In-house digital marketing for all projects (Budget execution of 10CR upwards on digital platforms) • Our sales processes are completely digitized including tools for ORM and Social Listening. Also, our funnels are measured via various tools, including the CRM and our proprietary app V-Book. MARKETING ALIGNED WITH OVERALL BUSINESS STRATEGY My main focus to deliver to the overall business strategy of the organization has been in building awareness about the legacy of the brand, adopting latest technologies and aggressive lead pipeline, referral strategies for increased repeat and referral business and achieving sales with perhaps the lowest marketing cost under 1% (not including CP fees). MY STRATEGIC VISION FOR THE BUSINESS IS TO MAKE THE BRAND A COMMON HOUSEHOLD NAME, INCREASE THE MARKET SHARE FROM THE EXISTING 10% TO MUCH MORE, COMMAND A PREMIUM OVER MARKET AND EXPAND TO NEW CITIES. And led the conception of B2Banking (Branchless Banking) App for ICICI Bank and enhancement projects of ICICI Internet Banking App •14 years as Marketing and Communications in Real Estate •Led the marketing and brand function for 10 years in Gera Developments – •Launched the iconic OUTDO Brand campaign and ChildCentric product line.
